We started because we wanted a single feed of every workout — from the gym, the trail, the road, the parkrun — annotated with everything we cared about. AI summaries that don't sound like spam. HR zones that match our own thresholds. Posts on Strava that actually said something.

FitGlue is the platform we couldn't find. You connect anything. Boosters enrich it. Destinations get it. No vendor lock-in — your data stays exportable forever, the architecture is documented, and the proto schemas are public.

We're not VC-backed. We're paid by the people on the Athlete plan. That keeps us honest. We don't sell your data anywhere — we don't need to. The business model is simple: if we make something useful enough, people will pay for it. That's all.

We believe the best fitness tools get out of the way. You train. We quietly move the data where it needs to go and add the context that makes it meaningful. You shouldn't need to think about which app talks to which, or export a CSV every Monday morning, or manually paste your heart rate zones into a Strava description.
