Log Strength Workouts Manually
For activities that don't come with exercise data, FitGlue pauses the pipeline and asks you to log your exercises, sets, and reps — just like you would in a dedicated strength app.
How it works
When an activity without strength data is imported, FitGlue prompts you to enter your workout. Provide each exercise with its sets, reps, and weights and FitGlue will populate the full workout summary for showcase and downstream enrichers.
